Radar colors show the strength of returned radar signals. They help you follow precipitation, but do not measure rainfall at your exact location. Use the legend and playback time on the map; an older frame is not current weather.
Coverage varies by region. No image or an unavailable radar source does not mean there is no rain or storm.
Alerts: areas named by the weather service
Alert outlines show available geographic information for official alerts. Some alerts have no drawable outline. Read the alert list and full instructions even when no outline appears on the map.
The basemap supplies place names, roads and geographic context. It does not show current road safety or live weather. Map credits identify the data and map sources in use.
Satellite imagery is unavailable because no licensed imagery source is connected. Imagery is not a live view of conditions on the ground.
