The National Weather Service publishes Spanish weather-safety materials. MedlinePlus lists emergency-planning resources in many languages, including Chinese and Vietnamese. Choose your language on the linked page, then select a topic. Some resources are downloadable PDFs.
Before severe weather, find out which languages your local alert service offers. Decide who you can contact if an instruction is unclear. Keep the names of nearby towns, your shelter address and important phone numbers in your plan.
A translated safety guide explains what to do in general. It does not show whether a warning applies to you now. In a current alert, identify the affected place, when the danger is expected and what officials ask you to do. Do not rely on an old screenshot or a forwarded message without checking its date.
